First Post!

Konnichiwa! My name is Katie McHugh and I am a freshman.  I decided to study Japanese because I used to live in Japan and wanted to refresh my Japanese.  I moved to Tokyo, Japan when I was seven years old and lived there until I was fourteen.  While living in Tokyo, I fell in love with the language and culture of Japan.  I am so excited to learn more about the Japanese language and traditions!
